What Is the kiss1918 VIP?

Behind every great online casino platform is a loyalty program that rewards consistent players. At kiss1918, that program is known as the VIP Program — a tiered system designed to ensure every ringgit you invest returns value in the form of rewards, privileges, and better treatment.

Unlike loyalty programs that only offer reward points rarely worth redeeming, the kiss1918 VIP program delivers benefits that are genuinely valuable and immediately usable. From weekly cashback and upgrade bonuses to higher deposit limits and access to exclusive promotions unavailable to regular members — all of this is part of the VIP experience kiss1918 has crafted for you.

This program is open to all kiss1918 members. There is no separate registration required — once you sign up and start playing, you are already at the entry level of the VIP program. Upgrades happen automatically when you reach the cumulative deposit amount or total wagering set for each tier. Everything runs in the background with no paperwork or special applications.

FAQ kiss1918 VIP Program

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about the VIP program.

kiss1918 VIP status is based on your lifetime cumulative deposits — not monthly or yearly deposits. This means the VIP tier you have achieved will not drop even if you are inactive for a period of time. Your cumulative deposits remain counted and your status is preserved. This is one of the most valued features of the kiss1918 VIP program among our members.

VIP cashback is calculated based on the previous week's wagering activity (Monday to Sunday) and credited to your account every Tuesday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM Malaysia time. You will receive an in-app notification on kiss1918 once the cashback has been credited. Cashback can be used directly for playing or withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal requirement.

No. Only deposits made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name will count toward your VIP cumulative total. kiss1918 strictly enforces KYC and anti-fraud policies — deposits from third parties are not recognised and may result in your account being suspended for review. Please ensure all deposits are made using your own personal financial accounts.

Yes, cumulative deposits across all game types on kiss1918 count together toward your VIP status — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, bingo, and other table games. You don't need to focus all your play in a single category. Every deposit you make for any game on the kiss1918 platform adds to your cumulative VIP value.

A personal account manager is automatically assigned to members who have reached Platinum or Diamond tier. Once you upgrade to Platinum, the kiss1918 VIP team will reach out via your registered contact channel to introduce your dedicated account manager. This manager can be contacted directly through a dedicated chat or an exclusive contact number for any enquiries and special requests.
VIP Program & Responsible Gaming

The kiss1918 VIP Program is designed to reward member loyalty — not to encourage excessive play. We remind all members that money used for gaming must be within your personal means. Set your budget limits and play for fun, not under pressure.
